Annie Lennox

Annie Lennox, born 25th December 1954 in Aberdeen Scotland. Dorothy Farquharson was her mother as was Thomas Allison Lennox was her father. Lennox attended Lennox's Royal Academy of Music, London during the 1970s. She was a harpsichord student as well as the flautist piano for three years. She lived off of a student allowance and took in part-time jobs to increase her funds. Lennox as she was studying at the Royal Academy of Music in London, was dissatisfied about her performances as compared to the performance of her classmates. She started to think about alternatives. Lennox was a flute player with a group called Dragons Playground in 1976. But she quit shortly before New Faces, the I.T.V. talent contest. The singer was the primary vocalist of The Tourists a British pop group from 1977 until 1980. She began to meet Dave Stewart, with whom she would form the pop-duo Eurythmics. Lennox then began to work on her solo debut album Diva, which was released around 1992. It was an enormous success with regard to the sales as well as the critical acclaim. Nostalgia Lennoxs sixth solo album came out in the month of October, 2014. The C.D. Lennox compiled her top blues soul tracks from her early childhood. Lepidoptera is a collection of four tracks that she improvised for piano that Lennox made available in May 2019. The E.P. is an accompanying piece to her art installation at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art called Now I Let You Go... It's also her debut independently-released album. Annie Lennox was born in 1954 on December 25. She is a social activist, philanthropist, and singer. In the late 70s, she gained a little fame when the lead singer the group known as The Tourists. She and Dave Stewart then gained international recognition in the 80s as Eurythmics. Lennox's debut album in 1992 Diva produced many successful tracks, such as Why the World is Broken Glass. Medusa is the album she recorded as her first studio album in 1995. It has covers of songs like"No MoreI Love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. Her six studio solo albums and her compilation album contain a variety of songs.
